After the successful build at Centrum Guildford which showcased high quality and robust finishes, the existing client has once again commissioned Sitecorp for their latest project – Centrum Penrith. Designed by iDraft architects, Sitecorp will manage the construction of 49 residential units across a six-storey building which includes a double-storey basement.
